About this Course
In this course, we will look at Fair Housing including assistance animals. We will look at court cases that illustrate the ongoing legal confusion over Fair Housing. We will begin with an overview of fair housing law, and how it has evolved to where we are today. Our focus will build toward a knowledgeable overview of the Federal Fair Housing Act.
